I am from vancouver and that i bought an apple iphone 6s about last month and I’m wondering if apple store canada checks your receipt for warranty to exchange a lightning cable, as mine is worn-out and will not charge any longer. Thanks!IGN: Naruto

When the lightning cable included the telephone, they look at your serial number.
Should you bought an additional lightning cable, they will use your receipt to use the warranty.
